Payment, Refunds, and Preparation
Due to the personalized analysis and preparation required in advance of each session, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Scheduling and Rescheduling
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be accommodated and may result in forfeiture of the session.
Missed appointments are considered fulfilled services and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
